The first person to comment with the two correct major cities and country shown in the pictures above will win a little prize, in honor of my 2 year blogoversary (which was two days ago!). Contest ends with the first correct entry. Who knows, the correct answer may appear in minutes! Though this contest may be a little tougher than you think....good luck!

ReplyDeleteHi! I just commented above but forgot to say all I planned to say. So, take two:
ReplyDeleteI think I know where you have been! On Ireland, in Dublin and at Giant's Causeway, Coleraine, Northern Ireland! Must say that I'm a bit jealous, soo beautiful! :)
Unmistakeable, Ireland, one of my favorite places to travel. So much fun there, great people and unbelievably beautiful, even for a tropical gal like me. Dublin is a great city. the Giant's causeway, which I have not seen in person, wish I could. Did you go to the Cliffs of Mohr? one of the most amazing places I have ever been. glad you had a great trip. Beth
ReplyDeleteBelfast, Northern Ireland (clock tower) and Dublin, Ireland (statue).

Well, it looks as though you've got your winners already. ;) I'm glad you enjoyed your vacation, Collette!

Not an entry, because I'm sure others have already answered, and because I only recognize Giant's Causeway. Looks wonderful though! I just saw a play recently about the troubles in Northern Ireland, and I did a bit of reading afterwards about that interesting country. Would love to visit - someday! Hope you had a great trip.
ReplyDeleteGreat job Jane -- you are correct! The two major cities I visited are Belfast and Dublin, located in two different countries: Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland.
ReplyDeleteEwa, you were close -- the Giant's Causeway is near Coleriane, and I included the picture to help people establish that I was in Northern Ireland.
Beth -- I missed the Cliffs of Moher. Perhaps next time!
It looks like you saw many beautiful sites!
